Co-Founder & Behaviour Analyst
Jessica Bist, M.Sc., BCBA
Jessica is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst and co-founder of Kind Behaviour with over 15 years of experience supporting children, youth, and adults with disabilities. She holds a Master of Science in Neuroscience from the University of Calgary and a Master of Science in Psychology, Applied Behaviour Analysis, from Purdue University Global. Her work helps families and support teams understand complex behaviour and develop respectful, practical strategies that fit everyday life.
Behaviour Consultant
Melissa McCrae
Melissa brings approximately 15 years of experience in disability and behaviour support, including supporting students with complex behavioural and social-emotional needs. Her experience includes practical behaviour strategies, staff coaching, communication support, and collaboration with families and school teams. She is pursuing a Master of Professional Education in Applied Behaviour Analysis at Western University and works under Jessica’s clinical direction at Kind Behaviour.
