Privacy Policy

This page explains, in plain language, how Kind Behaviour handles basic inquiry and website information.

Effective date: August 6, 2026

Information we collect

Kind Behaviour collects only basic information needed to respond to inquiries. This may include your name, email address, phone number, general reason for inquiry, general service interest, and contact details, the contact method you select, a short optional note, or consent preferences submitted through the website inquiry form or resource signup forms. The inquiry form may also include the source page and bounded campaign or referring-domain information so Kind Behaviour can understand how an inquiry began.

What not to submit publicly

Please do not submit child names, FSCD agreements, funding documents, reports, detailed diagnosis information, medical information, clinical history, detailed behaviour descriptions, or detailed safety information through public inquiry forms, calls, text messages, email, or resource signup tools.

How information may be used

Information may be used to respond by the contact method you select, provide requested information, maintain business records, and improve the website. Standard carrier messaging or data rates may apply to text messages.

Third-party services

The inquiry and resource-delivery forms are built and controlled by Kind Behaviour. Form submissions are processed on Kind Behaviour’s Canadian website hosting and delivered using the business email system. Hosting, business phone, email, and Google Analytics services may have their own privacy practices. Google Analytics may process general website-use, device, browser, campaign, and online-identifier information; Kind Behaviour does not intentionally send inquiry names, phone numbers, email addresses, or note contents to analytics.

Protection and limits

Kind Behaviour takes reasonable steps to protect personal information. No method of digital transmission or storage is completely risk-free. The inquiry endpoint records content-free delivery and failure references for troubleshooting; it does not intentionally copy form-field contents into its application log. Temporary, privacy-conscious network signals may be used to limit spam and repeated submissions.

No sale of personal information

Kind Behaviour does not sell personal information.

Retention

Personal information is retained only as long as reasonably needed to respond to the request, maintain appropriate business records, meet legal requirements, and resolve delivery or security issues. When it is no longer reasonably needed, it should be securely deleted or de-identified, subject to applicable legal and service-record obligations.

Requested email resources

If you request a resource, your email address is used to send a private, time-limited download link. A resource request does not subscribe you to marketing emails. The download link does not contain your email address or other form information.

Text messaging

Texting is used for brief inquiries, scheduling, and limited administrative communication. It is not used for reports, detailed clinical information, photographs, videos, treatment planning, detailed safety information, or emergencies. Text messages may not be reviewed immediately. By asking Kind Behaviour to reply by text, you consent to receiving a response about your inquiry. You may ask to use another contact method at any time. Standard message and data rates may apply.

Privacy questions

Contact admin@kindbehaviour.com with privacy questions, complaints, or requests to access, correct, or delete personal information. Some information may need to be retained where required by law or an applicable service agreement.
